When I booked a service online, the Honda personnel called and cancelled the appointment due to a big queue, which is... an irresponsible attitude. Normal service center. Sent our car there for service was told it will take 1 1/2 hour's. We came to collect the car... but was not ready yet. Still need to wait for more than one hour.The only good is they provide breakfast. Nasi Lemak and hot drinks on that day.read more

Super arrogant, bad attitude, lazy and realistic sales agent. They will not help you or bother you if you’re not... their customer.My car had a breakdown last Saturday, my car engine unable to off just in front of their office, I went in seek for help or advise (it was 3pm and I know the technician all left), I was only expecting someone can help and advise, or at least come out and take a look. But when I entered the showroom I saw a few sales agents sitting there, I tried to ask for advise but they just said “non of their coverages, no idea how to fix coz they only sales agent”. Hello I dint expect they can fix but at least PLEASE TAKE SOME EFFORT TO COME OUT AND LOOK instead of just being arrogant. I was very helpless but those agents just sitting and chilling inside the office. I have heard this showroom sales agents have been arrogant all this time, and my experience proves it is true. As long as you’re not their customer, they won’t help anything. PLEASE LA, you spoiled your reputation and image, definitely will not recommend friends or family to buy any cars from this Honda.read more

SA keep changing the car... delivery date until last month said Honda stopped production line to push for new Honda CRV and WRV model, so the waiting time still unknown. Initially I wanted to do my first major service in another town. But the MCO 2.0 and some negative reviews about the... service there put me off. However, I am glad that I did my service in Bukit Mertajam, my hometown. I was greeted with smiles from 2 elderly gentlemen at the receptionist table. They courteously directed me to the service table. A young man explained in depth the service process.He listened patiently to my minor complaint about a niggling vibrating side window. Although the service time was a little longer than normal, it was acceptable as the technicians looked seriously into my complaint. I am glad that the problem was solved. After the service, I am pleased to report that my car drove better. I even received a labour charge discount. Another pleasant surprise! Thank you, Honda BM. I would surely continue to service my car in BM. In addition, I would definitely recommend my friends to service their Honda cars in Bukit Mertajam.read more

This showroom is big and nice, and nearby my house.I had survey all the spec online and I just need ask few... questions and place the booking, but the young salesperson is very impolite to us, like very irritating to answer the question and want push us away, and wanna serve others customer. He kind of feel like I am wasting his time. I just need some clarification on Honda Sensing, that all. He told me there is nothing can be test or demo here, after you buy it then you can test and know how it work, there is nothing could be test now. And tell us very impolitely. We are very disappointed.But 2 week later we give another try, again we feel the services is not very good. Feeling very upset with this. End up I ask a friend fwd us a sale person and sg penang, we hv a talk on the phone and we placed the booking. I guess this branch hv pretty good business and salesperson tend to be very action. I won't go again, terrible experience with this honda branch.My wife said we shall complain about this salesperson to Honda headquater. I just threw his name card into the dustbin in the showroom. I said he probably just break up with gf, and he just earn his rice bowl, dont want waste more time. And probably we shall just park our car in front of their showroom so that saleman know we are potential buyer, not wasting their time.
